Hutton-Mdivani Jadeite Necklace

This Cartier emerald green necklace was once owned by Barbara Hutton, heiress to the Woolworth fortune. Princess Nina Mdivani of the country of Georgia was also a previous owner.

Though the necklace is mostly comprised of 27 jadeite beads, the finishing touch is its clasp set with caliber-cut rubies and baguette diamonds, mounted in platinum and 18k yellow gold. The beautiful necklace was sold at auction in 2014 for $27.4 million to the Cartier Collection.
