A former science student, Pairet creates a unique dining experience, one that not only features top-notch food, but also music, video, and other sensory-stimulating highlights. There’s no decor or artwork on the walls and there’s no view, except for what the chef creates for the 10 guests fortunate to dine on a 20-course, cutting edge meal that’s almost $600.
